I have had SW for over 15 months, in that time I have only received 1 alert. My score has gone up 137 points. I keep my alert set at 1 point higher and still only 1 alert. I have had to buy my report and score 3 times to get my updated score. What's going on with this? Seems unfair that I have to pay each month and then also pay to get the report just to see what my actual score is.
