About getting a Score after get a SSN

Hi guys , I purchased EX score and was told to call the customer service, the CS told me that since I only had my SSN for 7 months, I can not get access to my credit report, I can only see my scores after 24 months. HOw could that happen? Is that a new policy or something??

AFAIK, this is only a myFICO issue.

Correct. My SSN is under a year old also and I've gotten TU and EX reports.

Myfico keeps telling me to wait 24m but I suspect that the reason they can't generate a score for me is because myfico needs an EQ file, which I don't have.

In order to generate a score you have to have an account that has reported in the last 6 months and not be in diispute.

There may be nothing on your EQ for either a report or a score.
