Has any gotten the 3B subscription and then got a new mortgage?
How long before you got an alert or score change alert based on the new mortgage?
I refinanced and my score show an 8 point hit for paying off the old mortgage. I'm wondering approximately how long it will take to show the new mortgage & what type of hit I'll receive when the new amount hits. I'm also curious as to whether or not it'll alert prior to a new CBA report pull since the alert state a difference on an account that was on my report.
Original Mortgage maturity Sept 2044; Refi maturity Dec 2030
