When I logged in I saw BANKRATE logo. This new. Anyone know what's happening?

Good question Annie. When I go to Bankrate, I see lots of FICO and myFiCO things.

Maybe they have some sort of agreement or working relationship.

Or it could be as simple as each advertising the other's product for a fee.

The "Get a Credit Card" in the menu bar does show similarities to Bankrate.
