Billed for subscription and transunion report that I cant access

So I just purtchased the quartley monitoring subscription with the transunion report only to get to a screen that 

says "TransUnion was unable to find credit records matching the personal identification information you submitted. Your account has not been charged." except

my card has already been charged the $26. How can I access my score or atleast get my money back???
