MyFICO (and other services) will often mask the CA's name due to privacy. Usually it's a medical-related CA, but that's not always the case. If you pull your report from Equifax.com (assuming this was an EQ FICO report) or for free via annualcreditreport.com, you'll find the full name along with more account info.
