Called to cancel and they keep billing me!!!!

I called in May and they have kept billing me. I told the service rep to cancel and she switches me to monthly. Not they have me on hold...... You suck MYFICO!!!

I have Score Watch and the same thing happened to me. (I emailed though, I didn't call)

well I'm going to cancel by e-mail and I have a liitle program from http://www.docudesk.com/ that's creates a virtual printer one my computer, and when I "print" with this virtual printer, instead of  sending the print job to my physcial printer it saves it in Pdf format , so I can get my cancel confermation as pdf so I can easily provide proof electronicly if they charge me anyway
