Can't answer one question after ordering FICO3 monitoring

I paid for IFCO 3 monitoring and it asks a series of questions for verification.  I could answer all but the last one which is what was my previous phone #  (TEN years ago).  How am I supposed to remember that!    A liitle help please

Wow, I wouldn't be able to answer that either....especially if it was a fill-in-the-blank question.  However, if it's multiple choice, I would say take your best guess.

Ah these famous verification questions!  I failed DCU verification as I was supposed to know the age of the building I live in. And it was a multiple answer question but still had no clue. I just rent and I am not sure if the owner would have been able to answer this question.  I guess you can just hope for other questions the next time you will have to go thru this process. Sorry this is no help 😩
