Can't get my report :(

I've bought reports from myfico several times...and now it won't let me.  It said they couldn't verify my identity and displays this "Your product is locked. For more info please click contact us and send us an E-mail, or call 1-800-319-4433."

That happened to me before.  Just call the customer service number to verify your identity and they will open it up for you.

Be prepared, they may make you send in all sorts of things to prove that you are actually who you are, though.
