Cancellation was Seamless

Today I called in to cancel my subscription to myFICO 3b.  I know I have read posts in the past about how difficult it was to cancel etc.   Just wanted people to know that I just called in, and it took roughly 5 minutes to cancel, including all hold times Smiley Happy  

 

I wish they would have offered me a 50% discount to stay like CCT did...Smiley Happy  But I understand why they cannot.  I will say that I really like the product but at this time it makes more sense for me to get a cheaper option.  I may get the subscription again if and when I am in the market for a mortgate and I want to see my different scores.

good to know .. what info do they need to cancel? I have to accounts to close (one is my g/f, but i'm the one that created her account online)

I had no problem cancelling neither and if MyFico would just lower their prices (many free sources to get actually Fico scores now) many people would not cancel after their credit is fixed.
