I cancelled my ScoreWatch subscription due to financial issues. The results of the votors choices last month are starting to hit fast and hard forcing me to kill all nonessential expenditures.
I lost all history and can't even see the second of my two Scorepower reports purchased today! That is unacceptable.

Hopefully Sarah will come on and give you a hand with this Greg.

usually when I cancel something, I am no longer able to access it either.

If the reports were within the past 30 days they should still be there.

Unfortunately it looks like you do lose all the info, when cancelling the SW.
I'm confused, I thought you had 30days to view a CR.
This is from the customer support link, found at bottom left of page.
After you cancel, your monitoring and alerts will be terminated and you will not have online access to your score of credit report.

That is extremely disappointing.
I can tell you that the other monitoring products that I have used had all info available with a login for at least 30 days. I think one was still available for a long time - a year at least. I just logged onto that one to see and no info was available except receipts for purchases, etc. from 2009 when I cancelled.
