I have tried to purchase my scores and the system tells me I already have an account???
How do I get around this? I want to purchase both scores.

Maybe were you trying to purchase (again) TUQM or SW? That might give you the error.
If you have SW now:
1) click "My Account" at the top of the page.
2) Log in again if you need to.
3) Click the "ScoreWatch" bar under your last pulled scores.
4) If you used up your included EQ FICO reports, you should see a 30% off link under the SW graph.
5) Click that and follow through. You should get that EQ FICO for 30% off.
If you have TUQM:
1) Click the "My Account" link above.
2) Click into the Quarterly Monitoring bar located below your current scores.
3) I don't subscribe to TUQM, but DW does, and I think there is a link towards the bottom of the box that allows you to get TU and/or EQ FICO reports for 20% off. Click that link and pick and choose the report (obviously don't use this method for EQ if you want that additional discount, use SW as mentioned above). Follow through and you'll get one or both reports at 20% off.
If you do not have TUQM or SW:
1) Click FICO® Standard here or at the bottom of the page.
2) If you want both, then leave both check boxes for TU and EQ checked and click "Buy Now"
3) Enter your info and enter a myFICO discount code if you can find one.
4) Click "Make Purchase Now" and you'll see both reports.

I do not subscribe to any services - just wanted to buy my scores. Followed your advice and get this error:
This SSN is already in our database. If you are sure it is correct, you may already have a myFICO account. You can try to Log in or contact Customer Support.
And, each time I try this (3 now), I see the charge posted against my credit card!
Any ideas?

At any point, you didn't have to enter your SSN, right?

I did call them and it was determined that I had previously set up an account and that was the cause of the error.
So, now, I am using my original account and my original user name! But, I was able to purchase my scores.
