I have been a customer for a few years. In the past I have not had to much of a problem with customer service until recently. I had an issue with my account recently. Called My Fico. I was getting nowhere fast with a snot and After asking to speak to a supervisor I was shocked to discover the supervisor has no customer service skills either. I guess this is the world we live in now. I wonder why so many company's who are going out of business never thought to blame it on the fact that they do not care whether or not they have customer's at all?
