I had a dispue with EQ stating "no knowledge of accont". The creditor replied with no changes .... yesterday, I received an alert that my score went down 19 points regarding the creditor than today my score increased from original 11 points regarding same creditor.
I called EQ and the rep told me no changes were made and that the creditr validated my dispute. What gives????
