Had a **bleep** moment till I saw the dates on the inquiry, Equifax monitoring service here at MF saw the inquiries as "new" when they are precisely 2 years old as of today so I'm guessing it was excluded somewhere and re-added from a different data set, either way a bit strange and something for EQ on the backend presumably.
