Error 710

I tried signing up for Sorewatch and it keeps coming up error 710. So I called Myfico and sat on hold for 15 minutes and gave up. I will not deal with customer service that bad. Does anyone know what that error is? If the only way around it is to call and stay on hold half a day then I guess I just won't sign up.

I used to get 710 when my score wasnt generated due to new credit. If yours is new credit too, then you'll have to wait atleast 6 months from when you got your first credit account for FICO to generate a score for you.
