Hi,
I have created an account here to use the forums to gain knowledge, but today I wanted to order the credit score for my wife. I forgot to log out and i put the social security no of my wife as it was for her. When I now look at the credit score it says my name and the account info for me.
I logged out and I tried creating a new account for her and put her SS no in the new user account form, but it says it already is in the system. How can I make these changes and order scores for her.
Call myFICO Customer Service. They should be able to help you untangle this. They're closed on Sundays, but they're back today:

I don't know where you live, but 6 am Pacific Time = 9 am Eastern. hth
thanks i called them this morning, they said it will take 48-72 hours for them to email me and let me know of solving the issue.
