If you know there was a change on your Equifax report and never get an alert, call customer service and ask for a free report. MyFico (like any other company) is not in business to give things away, so hopefully, if they have to give enough REPORTS away, they'll fix ScoreWatch and only be "giving away" the ALERTS (which we pay for anyway).
