Well, at least you guys can access your info. When I attempt to get into the member area anywhere, like the dashboard, it gives me errors like page not found and no internet access! Subscribed yesterday to the 19.95 version.

Thats odd, you don't have problems with any other areas on the site? What browser are you using and how are your security and cookie settings?
I tested this on mine, I opened up IE and I maxed out my security and blocked cookies and the dashboard would not load. Once I returned my settings back to default it worked like it usually does. Usually I use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and I have no issues.

4. Yes, Credit Karma is updating. Myfico only updates if I buy a report. Credit Sesame and Credit.com are updating as well.
5. Yes, and all 3 credit reports have been updated with recent collections deleted, payed more than 15% of revolving balances and added a new Auto Loan.
6. Please help as my second call to your support number was completely useless as the agent that I spoke with couldn't grasp the concept of the product not working and just wanted to talk about my credit reports as of she was some loan officer. With Scorewatch I always got credit alerts, as soon as I switch to the 3 credit score monitoring, I stopped receiving alerts.
Thank you for posting, I added additional information to my original post from the support site. It has more information regarding what the Score Monitoring acutally does until they update or improve the service.
is the 29.99 service working as its suppose to ? any info on it ?
Just received new account update on TU got a 15 pt jump. Still nothing on EX same accounts on all three reports only EQ and TU updated. Hopefully EX will update soon.

Would you mind mentioning what type of alert it was and the account change?
What service do you subscribe to, the $19.95 or the $29.95?
