FICO AND EXPERIAN OUT OF SYNC

Recently Experian FICO 8 score took big drop. Explanation seems to be no credit card. But Experian shows credit card with 23 percent utilization.
Coukd be partially NFCU fault. When they reported this month, suddenly the credit bureaus were confused - they either thought I had an extra card or no card.
In any case, Experian has it sorted but FICO does not, perhaps the data tranmission does not notice these kinds of errors?

Re: FICO AND EXPERIAN OUT OF SYNC

The question would be, "which bureau is the FICO score being generated from?"  The report that the FICO score is based off of is showing no credit card, while Experian does.  Find out which bureau the FICO score is being generated from.  Contact that bureau, and ask if that information is being reported to them.  if it is not, contact the credit card company directly and ask them to report that information to whichever bureau is not reporting it.
