FINALLY got a SW alert today -- from 8/18!

I got a SW alert today for the first time in 16 days -- and it was dated 8/18. No idea if that means they're getting closer to fixing the problem or not.

I heard back from customer support via email over the weekend and they suggested AGAIN that I go download my report from annualcreditreport.com -- this after I wrote them back when they suggested it the first time and explained that (1) I had already received my report from annualcreditreport.com this year and (2) I was offended that instead of fixing my problem they were suggesting I go use a free site while continuing to take my money.

I'm on hold now trying to cancel my ScoreWatch subscription. Their handling of this issue is some of the worst I've ever seen.

And has Barry disappeared?

2 today- 1st from 8/25 saying no change, then half hour later dated today and up 5 points! A happy surprise after the no change . Very happy to see it is working again. I personally love this service, and it has worked well since purchasing it with this one exception of the 4 day old change.

Interesting, I got an alert yesterday too! Kinda funny how all of us didn't get an alert for weeks, and then all got alerts on the same day. Something smells a little fishy, I think we all deserve a refund for a month considering there was obviously a problem system wide!

Well that makes quite a few of us who are just now finally getting the long over due updates (wonder who else got them) because I got 2 yesterday as well. The first one was "no change" and then a few minutes later I recieved one that said I went up 9pts but it was also dated wrong too 8/28.

I haven't had one since I bought one on the 14th no updates either.

I knew there had been a change because I pulled my credit reports (via citi IdentityMonitor) on 8/27 and EQ was the only one showing my new credit card $0 balance $4000cl (waiting for TU & EX to update) I was tempeted to buy one glad I didn't nothing like throwing away money.
