Got my "nothing has changed" alert yesterday.
I'm guessing that SW went on vacation again. It has done it before, and it will probably do it again. 
It's great when it works, which is most of the time, but for people who are really working hard on their credit and needing that feedback, it's horribly frustrating when something goes wrong.
