Free trial order error

I tried to order the free 10 day trial and my visa debit was declined (I figured my bank was having issues) so my kid tried using their chase card (it says visa too) and that also wouldn't go through. Now, I still don't have the trial and there is a $1 pending charge on the chase card soooo since I never got the trial I can't exactly cancel it and I just want to make sure I won't get hit for $15 for the next 3 months for an order that never went through. What to do? Call?

nvm preauthentication charge. It helps when I read the whole error message lol.  not sure why it didn't go through but at least now it says I won't be charged so I'm happy.
