How long have you had ScoreWatch? Have you gotten any scores or alerts from it?

It sort of sounds like they're trying to verify your identity before sending you an alert, or something. Unfortunately, their CS is closed on Sundays.

I've had ScoreWatch for over two and a half years. The last score increase email that I received was on Friday.

Did you add a Fraud alert recently?

I submitted four changes online a few days ago to EQ to have an old employer and a few addresses removed. I did notice on TC that it was showing there was a fraud alert on EQ, but I never requested it.

This is the reason-

Just call myFICO up and they will unlock it.
