How am I still getting alerts when my membership expired over 2 weeks ago?

I still get daily alerts and updates even though my membership expired 2 weeks ago. I canceled last month so this makes no sense.

I got alerts for a month after I stopped paying.

Although, my debit card information changed and I did not update myFICO, I didn't truly "cancel"

Hello.

When you cancel your myFICO subscription, you'll continue getting access to your account until the next billing date, which means you'll also get alerts. So if you're charged on 9/15 and cancel on 9/20, you'll continue to get alerts until the next billing date on 10/15. Hope that clears things up!

I cancelled but am seriously considering picking myFICO monitoring back up. Seems I received more alerts than CCT.
