How do I cancel my MyFico account?

I emailed them asking to cancel my service and received a reply stating the following.

"Hi Michael,

Thank you for contacting myFICO Customer Care. Though you haven't completed an order, the personal information you entered at www.myfico.com established an account for you.

Regards,
myFICO Customer Care"

Uh, that response doesn't make any sense.

Write CS back and ask them if they can delete your user account information and Forum account.  If you had asked them to cancel your service, like you wrote, I can understand why you got that response.

If that doesn't fix it, give 'em a call and see what they can do. 

Is there a particular problem or difficulty that someone can help you with instead of having to cancel your accounts?
