I Log In, Click Fulfill for EQ FICO, It says SSN already in DB, please log in

I log In in MyFico, click on Member Center, near the bottom of the page is shows my Equifax FICO order with a 'Fullfill' link next to it. I click on "Fulfil" and it takes me to another screen where it prompts me for my SSN, I enter it and click on 'continue' . At that point the message 'SSN already in DB, please log in' appears next to where I entered my SSN.  I can't get past this to get my score.  It happens in Internet Explorer 10 and Firefox 22.
