I bought the Fico Three, but it didn't go through cause it said I was already in the database???

Yet I was charged not once, but twice because I tried it twice thinking it was a mistake, this over drafted my account.
 
How can I get this fixed, I cant afford to be paying late charges cause this site took my money without giving me a product.

Have you called customer service? They've always been helpful with me when I got myself tangled up. This from the Support tab up above:
