I received a Black Market Surveillance Alert, but all the information is wrong

What would this mean? I received the alert this morning, and I checked and it shows a record created date, an e-mail address and a password. The created date is wrong, it says the e-mail was created last year but I've had my gmail account for years. The gmail account they show has random capital letters (I don't know if that matters, if it doesn't then they have the right e-mail address), but the password is a long, like 30 characters of random letters and numbers.

Are they picking up someone elses information, or maybe someone has an e-mail address similar to mine? Should I still change my password just in case?

The password they listed is a HASH of your actual password.  Some hashes can be unscrambled, others can't.
