I think score watch is broken

I don't seem to be getting updates last week I used up my score report to verify some collections were removed and it ace back higher than it was showing without giving me an alert. Right now I know from another site that my collections were removed and my new CC is reporting but have not received an update on score or new account.
Starting myFICO 485 12/12
Current my FICO 653.

Re: I think score watch is broken

When did you notice the collections were gone?

Were these COs or CAs?

Finally, how did you set your target score?
