I tried purchasing my credit score, but got an error and still got charged

The error said something that i had to call because i needed to give more information or something.. But i was still charged as pending on my debit card... Will this be clear?  if i don't call and just forget about it.

Mention it to Barry on the 'myfico products' forum listed in the index. You should also get a reversal when you call customer support. Same exact thing happened to me when I purchased my first score and it's been smooth ever since. They should be able to help.

Call the phone # that is given. The CS reps at myfico are very good and will go out of their way to help you.
