I don´t know what I missed but when I signed up for the free trial I didn´t know I was locked for 3 months after that. I bought 2 memberships and I called today to cancel them and I had to be on hold for 20 MINUTES!! Once I agreed for a reduced monthly payment the rep said I had to call AGAIN to be able to cancel the 2nd one!! Customer service is horrible! The website doesn´t give me an online option to cancel online... VERY DISSAPOINTED!!
