New account on my credit started reporting but I haven't received an alert about it YET.........
I was just coming here to post and ask if SW has gone down again.
The last SW alert I received was on 9/1.
This is getting very old. Equifax has a SW program...
I'm not quite sure i'm thinking it's down again, YET - on one hand i did get an alert 9/4 for new activity, but I always get the email on Saturdays ....and it's Monday........
My last SW alert was on 09/04/11 too.... Since then I have a new AU acct that starting reporting.... Lower balances.... Less collections.... IDK what's going on but I haven't even receive the "No alerts this week" email.
It is happening again...... I just got an SW alert date 09/09/11......???
I just got two emails. One said "No ScoreWatch alerts this week" and the other said "ScoreWatch has detected a change to your FICO report or credit score today" and when I clicked it the alert was from 9/9. I checked SW yesterday and there were definitely no alerts there so it looks like they're still working out some glitches.
Where is Barry? He is typically pretty good about responding, but I emailed him over a week ago with no response. Makes you wonder what is going on at myFICO! Customer service call in center is an absolute joke and now it is tough to even get a response from their online support!

Hi swhanc00,
I confess to not responding to your PM, which was actually your reply to my reply to your previous PM. Seems you didn't like my first answer very much and I didn't have anything to add.
As for what's going on at myFICO, and as the community is aware, there have been some delays in sending the out SW alerts recently. To address these delays, we have added some checks to the SW process that will do a better job of immediately "alerting" myFICO to problems in the SW alert delivery system. And while I can't make any promises, I'm betting that we will see fewer such alerting delays in the future, due in no small part to the diligence of this community.

So I'm not just posting complaints, I'll report that I got a ScoreWatch alert today.
I'll take that as a good sign.
I signed up for Equifax's ScoreWatch yesterday and I'm going to keep both services for the next month and keep the one that alerts best.
