No credit report
No credit scores
No nothing.

Let's bring this back down a notch...Not sure why you didn't get a score, perhaps you don't have enough history, either way, why don't you contact customer support and have them explain the issue. I would be surprised if you didn't get a refund if myFICO is indeed unable to provide the service you paid for.
Sorry to hear the reports aren't showing up. Definitely contact the myFICO support to see how they can help. If you have a credit history, it should be possible to get the reports.

I have had the $29.95 plan about 8 months now and I have never had an issue. I love MyFico and shall I suggest you contact support and get your score and improve it with the help from this community and watch your credit score rise. Hope it works out for you.. Happy Easter
Trust me I have a long credit history so there's no excuse for them not having it in their system. I've had 2-3 credit cards over the last 15 years, a mortgage, an auto loan and some other small accounts.
Their ordering system is broken.
No one is doubting you have a long history. The ordering system is working, however that requires that your information matches up through the system information, to know to gather your information and refer it back to you and only you. The myFICO arrangement is designed to be highly secure, meaning all that identifying information has to match so they know and can verify it is you, else no information is returned. This is the way it should be.
Best to contact myFICO customer support to see if they can help sort out where the mis-alignment is to help you get your report out.
