My screen looks funny

My "understanding you credit" screen looks funny.  It usually tells me how long my credit history is, how many collections I have vs. high acheivers etc.  It doesn't display it anymore.  Is anyone else have any problems?

Re: My screen looks funny

I'll take a look at mine, I'll get back to you in a second.

EDIT: Mine looks fine, the same as it always does. Try logging out and back in and see if that helps.

Re: My screen looks funny

Here's what my screen looks like.  I've tried 3 different computers. Not sure what's going on.

Hi JGWantsAHouse,

The reason you're not seeing the information you're used to seeing on the Understanding Your Score page is that you purchased it from www.myfico.com/12.  The myFICO reports from this site don't include any of data taken from your credit report, i.e. length of history, utilization percentage, etc.  You also didn't get the postiive factors affecting your score or the score simulator.

The good part of getting this version, however, is that you usually get more negative reason codes than with the regular myFICO reports, which can be helpful in determining the factors having the most negative impact on your score. I believe when you order from this site, a 45-day cookie is placed on your computer that will automatically take you to this site to order.  You'll have to remove it if you want to go back to receiving the regular myFICO reports during this time period.

Shoot! Smiley Mad

I really wanted to play with the simulator .  Oh well thanks for looking into that for me. I cleared my cache and cookies so that next time I will get the other version.
