I have had it for 2 months now, I have had a few changes including a COLLECTION added to my report three weeks ago.
No updates whatsoever. I KNEW there were changes and ended up having to pull the report myself.
So now I pay monthly for a sevice that does not work, and have to still pay to pull the reports.
I tried messaging Barry on the subject a week ago and received no response.
Now what?
check your settings very carefully. I would also call customer service at:

Mine works pretty good Just got a update yesterday letting me know my score changed by 11 points to 798
check your settings I always just put the bar 1 point above my actual score and keep my limits to a minimun
Dunno about collections but it shoulda updated you about it. Was there a score change when it was added?
Me too -- I paid off more than half of my credit card debt since signing up for Score Watch and nothing changed -- that is until I used one of my free score power reports, then it went up 18 points.
I no longer have any free ones. I'm upset. I could've bought my scores WITHOUT a $90 subsciption fee, and if I have to pay $10 to see the changes it's sort of useless to have Score Watch subsciption.
Is there anything to fix this??
Where does ScoreWatch advertise that it alerts on a balance decrease, and where does it say it alerts you if your score changes?
The latter is actually advertised!
From the myFICO products page:

This to me is false advertising. It does not tell you when your score goes up.
Tip to the poster: Set your target score as the latest Equifax score you have. If you don't you will not know if your score goes up.
I know I never said that I had a decrease in balance (even though I did)
my concern is that scorewatch missed a COLLECTION account showing up.
Thats a big item to look over.
You're right that SW should have alerted you to the addition of a collection. You may want to let myFICO Customer Support know about this.
