MyFico Charges

I attempted to get my TRU and Equifax Report and Score and it said something about security and I needed to call in to customer service to get my Reports, My question is why did my bank account get charged when I did not get any report that I ordered? I have the Quarterly Mon. and The Score watch and have never had any problems before and I was logged in at the time I ordered the reports.

It looks like customer service need to talk to you to verify your identity and that since posting this you cleared it up with them.  You should have received the two reports you paid for yesterday.  Let us know if not.
