No SW alert in over a week? Whats wrong?

I dont want to use my 1 power score this early in the membership. When I took the free trial, I was getting updates all the time, now when I have the 3 month albatross, I only get 1 update, and I know for a fact an account dropped from my credit report. I dont want to purchase a new report to see this change and score. Whats up?

I had the same problem. I had to just purchase a new report to see the changes and increase.
