If this product is no longer available...whuy would they send me this email looking like I need to renew??

So I contacted MyFico & the guy was NO help! Kept suggesting 3 in 1 monitoring, but I'm NOT going to spend $25 every month when I already have Score Watch.
The email should have just said "This Product is NO Longer Available". Not send me on a wild goosechase to renew.
Just to let you know....since no one could answer me...this product IS still available & without my knowledge or consent, they hit my debit card for almost $50.
Sorry, but this site is going downhill fast.
Years ago, it was the best. Thses days...the technical end of the site needs some major work! It's become crap.
