Not Allowed to Purchase a TU Product

Why am I being blacklisted from purchasing a TU product through MyFico? I emailed customer care and was not given an explanantion, just told that I could purchase through another site.

Sorry you weren't given a good explanation, stacyppl.  I checked with customer service and they tell me you have repeatedly ordered and canceled subscriptions to FICO Quarterly Monitoring.  The last such occurrence was about a year ago.  This is considered abusing the system as a way to get TU reports very cheaply.  If this was not your intent, you may want to talk to a myFICO Customer Care superviser and explain.
