It depends. Only certain information will trigger an ALERT, and if something 'came off' your report, it may not trigger it. Take a look at Barry's
Scorewatch Guide to see if your situation qualifies for an alsert. Also, it may take a bit for SW to detect it. My alerts seem to lag by a couple or few days...
