I am reading a lot on this forum about the lack of updates to scores and the lack or regular alerts to changes in one's credit report. That is all good and all, really, but is anyone actually contacting the support team and opening a ticket to find out why?? For all we know no one from the support team is on these forums reading any of this. The venting, while justified, will not help you find out what is going on. Just my two cents!!
I have no answer. Just charge and hope to see my new cli next month. Sometimes I can wait 3 months.
