MyFico customer service sucks; I was on hold for an hour to ask a simple question. How in the world can they have someone on hold for an hour!!!

... Im currently on a call to cancel and clear up a misunderstanding and have been on hold for about 15 minutes now. This is ridiculous.

It appears to be impossible to cancel their free trial subscription. You can however file a complaint about the company at https://help.consumerfinance.gov/app/creditreporting/ask to file complaints about credit agencies.

myFICO isn't a Credit Reporting Agency.
