I wrote the below message to Customer Support.
Hello,
I placed an order for my score. I went to view my score than I get to a screen to enter my SSN which I did and than I get a message saying that this SSN is already in our database and for me to either login which I have done several of times or for me to contact Customer Support.
I know what the problem is why I cannot view my purchased which means the reason for that SSN error.
I have two accounts and the other account is already using the SSN.
This account I am posting from is the account I made the purchase. However, I cannot view because I need to enter my SSN for this account and it will not let me because my other account is registered in the database to use that SSN. So, I do need too call or email Customer Support and asked them to remove my other account and SSN from their database.
