Problem with SW not sending alerts?

Anyone else having issues with SW not sending alerts? My utilization has changed and it is reflecting on TU, but apparently not EQ?

How long ago was this? While you can't get a firm answer when comparing EQ to TU, how long ago did TU update?

TU updated on the 15th. Maybe EQ will update in a few days!

Re: Problem with SW not sending alerts?

SW won't alert you to dropped balances. So assuming there were no credit changes or balance increases, then you wouldn't get a credit alert. However, your EQ FICO is monitored for changes every 7-10 days. Assuming your score changed and surpassed your target score as found in settings, then you'll get a score alert alerting to the new EQ FICO. Not every paydown will result in a FICO increase though. Paying down from 10% overall util to 5% might increase your EQ FICO. Hard telling. If util is listed as a top negative, then I would think there's a good chance.

Re: Problem with SW not sending alerts?

Thanks, llecs! It's not a top negative. Actually my top negative is a recent collection that they (west asset management) refuse to delete...approximately 6 months old. That's killing my score. I purchased a report and the score has not changed. EQ 642 and TU 639. Thanks, again! Smiley Happy
