I've been using MyFico for years with no problems. However, although I renewed my subscription at the end of April, I realized that I am no longer receiving any of the services, including e-mail alerts. Also, none of the credit reporting agencies list any recent scores. I called 6 days ago to complain and 2 days later sent an e-mail, but thus far, no response. I'm about ready to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau,
