Product Team Looking for Android App Users

Hi forum members,

Our product team is looking for myFICO app users who have an Andriod and are experiencing the following issues:

  1. After successfully logging in and setting a PIN to access the app, the app prompts the user for their full login credentials instead of letting them access via a PIN.
  2. When logging back into the app, the user is confronted with a “Loading Please wait….” Screen that seems to go forever. The screen in question does not load.

They need help troubleshooting these issues. If anyone is experiencing the same problems and want to help provide us info. They’d greatly appreciate the assist. You can be experiencing either issues or both.

Respond below and I can send the info to our team. Thanks!

FICO Score 8 (3/2017) - EQ: 781, TU: 793, EX: 786
FICO Score 8 (5/2017) - EQ: 781, TU: 762, EX: 765

Re: Product Team Looking for Android App Users

MyFico app is pretty limited on my phone (Samsung s6), I've set the pin a bunch of time and I get promted for the pin which I enter then the screen goes to full log on aka user and PW, which works and goes to scores, etc by no forums.

The pin unlocks, but only to go to the user + PW screen, which when entered equals just scores and transactions but no forums.

I rarely use the app because of the limited access to what I use MyFico for....aka the forums.
