I purchased my Equifax score report on 03/09 and used the discount code to reduce the price from $19.95 to 14.96. The next day I purchased my Transunion score and the code didn't go through for some reason and I was charged $19.95. I called customer service to get the credit of $4.99 and I was refused. I cannot believe this... I won't purchase another score because of this. It's obvious there was a problem. I am very aware of the discount codes available. It's a shame that customer service would rather run the risk of losing a customer and someone who recommended their products to others for $4.99...
