No. If you buy all three scores it's a one time deal and there is no monitoring. If you want monitoring, the only available services are SW which monitors your EQ report and score only and FICO Quarterly monitoring which will give you quarterly updates on your TU report and score only. There are no FICO monitoring products for EX. Here's a link which breaks down all of the available products at this site.
