If you believe you should have received an alert or have any particular requests, it's best to contact myFICO Customer Support as they will have access to all of your reports, scores and alerts.
The forums are great for airing your feelings but this isn't necessarily the best place to get specific issues resolved, as our admins and mods aren't equipped to do the necessary research.
